Appointment policy
Billing information

All sessions are invoiced upon completion with 30 day terms. Please see below for accepted forms of payment. Invoices that are seriously past due may be reported to a collection agency .

Accepted forms of payment

We require a 24 hours minimum notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments. If you receive a call, email or text asking to confirm your appointment, please respond to avoid your appointment getting canceled. In addition, we may charge a fee for any appointment canceled or rescheduled beyond 24 hours.

Owens Tech Services accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We also gladly accept cash or check. All payments can be done online, by phone, or by the mail. If you are in financial hardship, please contact us. We offer low cost payment plans that can fit almost any budget.

All of our sessions are conducted over the popular Zoom meeting platform. If you have questions or concerns about this technology, please contact us.
